You already know your patients need better answers.
You're sending them out for swallow studies and waiting. Waiting for reports that come back vague. Waiting for appointments that take weeks if not months. Watching patients fall through the cracks because the system isn't built to move fast enough for them.
You went into this field because you wanted to actually help... not shuffle referrals and hope for the best.
So you've looked into FEES. Maybe you've Googled it, watched some videos, attended a conference session. You've thought about what it would mean for your practice.
But then the questions start piling up:
What equipment do I actually need?
How do I get trained and who trains me?
What does billing even look like?
Will my patients trust me to scope them?
What if I'm not ready?
And underneath all of it, the one that keeps you up at night:
What if I'm just not the kind of person who does this?
Here's what I want you to hear: that thought — the imposter syndrome, the second-guessing — that's not a sign you're not cut out for it. That's a sign you actually care about your patients and your craft. Every single endoscopist I know, myself included, felt that way before their first scope.
The difference between the SLPs who add FEES and the ones who stay stuck isn't talent. It's having a clear path and someone who's already walked it to show them the way.
That's what this is.
Who it's for
- SLPs managing complex dysphagia in acute care, SNFs, or outpatient settings
- Private practice owners who know they need to diversify their revenue stream
- SLPs who are passionate about actually making a difference in their dysphagia patients outcomes
- SLPs who are tired of referring patients out and losing control of their care
- Done feeling like FEES is something that only happens for SLPs who got "lucky" with the right job or the right mentor
- Ready to invest in yourself, your patients, and the future of your practice — and willing to do the work
This is NOT for you if:
- You are looking for a passive course to sit on your hard drive
- You want someone to do it for you without putting in the clinical and business reps yourself
The FEES Expansion Framework is the program I wish had existed when I started.
I built my mobile FEES practice from scratch in rural Arkansas.
No blueprint for FEES in Private Practice.
No mentor who had added FEES to a clinic setting.
No one to call when I had a tough case or a billing denial I didn't understand.
I figured it out, thousands of scopes later and I documented every piece of it so you don't have to do it the hard way.
This is a live, mentor-led program that takes you from "I want to do FEES but I don't know how to start" all the way to scoping patients, writing confident reports, billing correctly, and building the referral pipeline that makes FEES a real revenue stream in your practice.
No gatekeeping. No vague advice.
Just the actual framework, taught by someone who lives it every day.
I'm a medical speech-language pathologist and endoscopist with 26 years of clinical experience specializing in neurogenic dysphagia and FEES.
I own two practices: Mobile FEES Swallow Diagnostics, a mobile FEES service operating across Arkansas and Missouri, and Thrive Neuro Therapy, a brick-and-mortar neuro rehab clinic. I have performed thousands of FEES procedures across hospital systems, SNFs, outpatient clinics, and in patients' homes.
I built my mobile FEES practice in a rural market with limited resources, no local mentorship, and a whole lot of figuring it out as I went. I've also served as president of the Arkansas Speech Language Hearing Association and have been active in payer advocacy for SLPs.
I teach the way I wish someone had taught me open book, no gatekeeping, warm and hands-on. I will tell you the things that took me years to learn. I will answer your tough questions without making you feel like you should have already known the answer.
You don't need to have 26 years of experience to do this. You need a clear path and someone in your corner who has walked it.
What you walk away with...
- A clear step by step plan to add FEES to your practice
- A framework for working through the maze of FEES competency, cleaning/ disinfection policies and procedures.
- Templates for invoicing, contracting, & marketing.
- Community with other Endoscopists
- Confidence... the kind that only comes from bring the clinical who can actually help their patients get back to eating and drinking favored foods & liquids.

Your patients are waiting for the SLP who can actually show them what's happening with their swallow.
You can be that clinician.
The FEES Expansion Framework gives you the clinical skills, the business systems, and the mentor to get there — without spending years figuring it out alone the way I did.

Enrollment for the first cohort closes soon.    Â
