About Danni and the practice...
A little about me, and how Mobile FEES started.
I've spent 26 years as a Medical SLP, most of it in rural Missouri and Arkansas where instrumental swallow studies were hard to come by. Patients waited months for a study, drove hours for one, or went without and got managed on guesswork. That never sat right with me.

Mobile FEES Swallow Diagnostics is my answer to that. I load up the scope, drive to the facility, and give your team a clear look at what's actually happening when your patient swallows. I believe in FEES in the Wild, because good instrumental assessment shouldn't only live inside a hospital.

I'm a FEES endoscopist and a past president of the Arkansas Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ArkSHA). I currently serve on ArkSHA’s Payer Advocacy Committee. Swallowing diagnostics is my passion and I've built my practice around doing it well.Â
What is Mobile FEES?
FEES stands for fiberoptic endoscopic evaluation of swallowing. A thin, flexible scope passes through the nose to give a direct view of the throat while your patient eats and drinks. I can see the swallow as it happens: how secretions are managing, whether food or liquid is going where it shouldn't, how well the airway is protected, and which textures are safest.
The whole evaluation happens onsite, usually in the patient's own room. No transport, no ambulance, no waiting weeks for an outpatient appointment. You get findings and recommendations you can act on the same day.
